    •  FSPR / Future State Partners may request your personal information (such as name, phone, email, and address) in order to facilitate or provide you with the Services, marketing materials and advice of other FSPR / Future State Partners services or events that may be of interest. However, failure to do so may result in FSPR / Future State Partners being unable to facilitate or provide you with the Services or information about the Services, seminars, or events (as applicable).
    • FSPR / Future State Partners will not collect or monitor any personal information about you without your consent. The only personal information collected is what has been provided voluntarily. If a User does not wish to provide us with their consent, they cannot agree to these terms and conditions and must not use the Website , mobile application or the Services.

    • Our use of the personal information we collect is necessary in order for us to maintain the Website and facilitate Users’ use of the Services. We do not collect any unnecessary personal data from Users (for instance, their race or religious beliefs).

    • We may disclose personal information to our related bodies corporate and external service providers located overseas for some of the purposes listed above.     Access to your Personal Information

    • Access to your personal information by FSPR / Future State Partners employees is limited to those who require the information to conduct their business for us. We install sufficient protection for your information in order to store and manage it securely.
    • You may request to review and amend your personal information. We want to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate and up to date. If you do wish to access or correct your personal information, please make a request in writing to our Privacy Officer whose details are listed below in the Contact our Privacy Officer section.
    • In the same way, a request may be made to delete personal information, and all reasonable steps to delete the information will be made, except where it is required for legal reasons. Deletion of information may result in FSPR / Future State Partners being unable to facilitate or provide you with Services or product information, upcoming event information, and/or provide the Services
    • We are not responsible for removing your personal information from the lists of any third party who has previously been provided your information in accordance with this policy.

    Storage and Security of your Personal Information

    • We use wish to use in future eWay and PayPal , stripe to process your payments. These are the systems that will make use of your cardholder information. Both eWay and PayPal are PCI DSS compliant. eWay has been assessed by BAE Systems | Stratsec and found to be compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard Version 2.0 as at 27 November 2012. In addition to being PCI DSS compliant, PayPal has achieved the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant's Statement of Auditing Standards #70 (SAS70) certification.
    • In relation to your personal data, we strive to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personal information submitted to us, and we review and update our security measures in light of current technologies. Unfortunately, no data transmission over telecommunications technology can be guaranteed to be totally secure.
    • We will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information you may transmit to us. Once we do receive your transmission, we will also make our best efforts to ensure its security on our systems.
    • Our employees and the contractors who provide services related to our information systems are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by us. However, we will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access to your personal information.

    De-registering

    • If you no longer wish to be a registered member of the Services, please cancel your registration by sending an email to info@fspr.com.au
