This Privacy Policy explains our policy for dealing with personal information that we collect through our website www.fspr.com.au (Website) and any related website, social media sites, mobile applications and services (collectively the Services). In this Policy, “we” “us” and “our” refers to FSPR / Future State Partners.
• We acknowledge the importance of privacy in respect to your personal information, in particular information that is capable of identifying an individual. We are committed to managing your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). • When you communicate with us, that information is often collected. We collect your personal information in order for you to take full advantage of our Services. Some examples of when we might collect that information includes, but is not limited to, when you:

5. provide feedback in relation to Suppliers; and
6. Use the Supplier’s products and/or services
7. Ask you fill form and create a meeting calendar or register on platforms like google analytics , LinkedIn tag pixels, hubspot forms or a phone call or virtual meeting on platforms like google meet

•  FSPR / Future State Partners may request your personal information (such as name, phone, email, and address) in order to facilitate or provide you with the Services, marketing materials and advice of other FSPR / Future State Partners services or events that may be of interest. No one is obligated to provide personal information. However, failure to do so may result in FSPR / Future State Partners being unable to facilitate or provide you with the Services or information about the Services, seminars, or events (as applicable).
• FSPR / Future State Partners will not collect or monitor any personal information about you without your consent. The only personal information collected is what has been provided voluntarily. If a User does not wish to provide us with their consent, they cannot agree to these terms and conditions and must not use the Website , mobile application or the Services.

• Our use of the personal information we collect is necessary in order for us to maintain the Website and facilitate Users’ use of the Services. We do not collect any unnecessary personal data from Users (for instance, their race or religious beliefs).

• Through our Services you may access third party websites which are not owned or operated by FSPR / Future State Partners. We are not responsible for the content on, and the privacy statements pertaining to, these external sites. • We may disclose personal information to our related bodies corporate and external service providers located overseas for some of the purposes listed above. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the overseas recipients of your personal information do not breach the privacy obligations relating to your personal information.

Any related bodies corporate;

our development, data hosting and Cloud-based IT service providers;

other external service providers located overseas.; and

other third parties operating overseas

• Access to your personal information by FSPR / Future State Partners employees is limited to those who require the information to conduct their business for us. We install sufficient protection for your information in order to store and manage it securely.
• You may request to review and amend your personal information. We want to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate and up to date. If you do wish to access or correct your personal information, please make a request in writing to our Privacy Officer whose details are listed below in the Contact our Privacy Officer section.
• In the same way, a request may be made to delete personal information, and all reasonable steps to delete the information will be made, except where it is required for legal reasons. Deletion of information may result in FSPR / Future State Partners being unable to facilitate or provide you with Services or product information, upcoming event information, and/or provide the Services
• We are not responsible for removing your personal information from the lists of any third party who has previously been provided your information in accordance with this policy.

• We use wish to use in future eWay and PayPal , stripe to process your payments. These are the systems that will make use of your cardholder information. Both eWay and PayPal are PCI DSS compliant. eWay has been assessed by BAE Systems | Stratsec and found to be compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard Version 2.0 as at 27 November 2012. In addition to being PCI DSS compliant, PayPal has achieved the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant's Statement of Auditing Standards #70 (SAS70) certification.
• In relation to your personal data, we strive to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personal information submitted to us, and we review and update our security measures in light of current technologies. Unfortunately, no data transmission over telecommunications technology can be guaranteed to be totally secure.
• We will endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information you may transmit to us. Once we do receive your transmission, we will also make our best efforts to ensure its security on our systems.
